Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* until 1215 am EST Tuesday.

* Rain will continue through the evening across southeast PA and
result in up to another half inch of rain over areas that have
already received between three-quarters and one and one-quarter
inches of rain. This will result in minor flooding of areas
streams and creeks.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross township,
McCandless township, Monroeville, Moon Township, McMurray,
Greensburg, Weirton and McKeesport.

* Waves... 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet by late tonight.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory is issued when waves of 4 feet or more are
expected or wind speeds reach 21 to 33 knots which may produce
hazardous conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels... should stay in port
during these conditions.
