* until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to one inch and a half of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Connellsville, Monessen, California, Donora, Mount Pleasant,
Scottdale, Monongahela, Charleroi, West Newton, Brownsville, New
Stanton and South Connellsville.
