afternoon...

* locations... Oswego... Jefferson and Lewis counties. Highest
amounts centered on the Tug Hill.

* Timing... through early this afternoon.

* Hazards... snow.

* Accumulations... up to 2 inches through 6 am and 1 to 3 inches
during the daylight hours today.

* Visibilities...

* impacts... snow covered and slippery roads and walkways with
reduced visibility making for difficult travel during the
morning commute.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
