... Light wintry mix moving across the Mid-Hudson valley, southern
Taconics and western New England...

A mixture of snow and sleet continues to move across the Mid-
Hudson valley, southern Taconics, southern Vermont, the
Berkshires and Litchfield County CT between 11 am and 1 PM. The
snow and sleet should quickly change to rain over the Mid Hudson
valley, southern Taconics, and Litchfield County early this
afternoon. The snow and sleet over southern Vermont and the
Berkshires will transition and mix with freezing rain and rain as
temperatures climb above freezing this afternoon. Snow and sleet
amounts will generally be a coating to an inch with the higher
totals over the mountains. Any ice accretions on untreated
surfaces will be a coating to a few hundredths to an inch.
Exercise caution while driving on the roadways late this morning
into the early afternoon.
