* at 717 am EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall of
up to an inch has fallen in parts of New York City, and this
activity will move east impacting western Long Island through 9 am.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Islip, Jamaica, Flatbush, Flushing, Brentwood, Levittown, Freeport,
