bays of Queens and Brooklyn... Newark Bay... the Arthur hill...
and along tidally affected rivers in northeast New Jersey.

* Tidal departures... around 3 ft above astronomical tides Tuesday
morning.

* Timing... minor coastal flooding with Tuesday morning high tide.

* Coastal flood impacts... minor flooding of the most vulnerable
Waterfront and shoreline roads and/or adjacent properties due
to height of storm tide or wave splashover. Majority of roads
remain passable with only isolated closures.

A coastal Flood Warning means that flooding is expected or
