* Through this afternoon

* a band of intensifying showers and isolated thunderstorms
across eastern Pennsylvania will track across the area this
morning... exiting eastern Long Island and southeast Connecticut
by late morning or early afternoon. Rainfall totals of 1 to 2
inches are possible... with localized higher amounts possible.
The main threat is flash flooding of low lying... poor
drainage... and urbanized areas. Smaller flashier streams may
also flood.
