... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM EDT this
afternoon...

* locations... the southern Adirondacks region, Lake George
northern Saratoga region, and southern Vermont

* hazard types... snow, sleet, and freezing rain.

* Accumulations... additional snow and sleet accumulations of less
than a half an inch.

* Ice accumulations... a trace to a few hundredths of an inch.

* Timing... the mixed precipitation will transition to rain or end
between 2 and 4 PM.

* Impacts... slippery travel conditions due to snow or ice covered
roads this afternoon.

* Winds... south 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* Temperatures... in the upper 20s to lower 30s rising above
freezing this afternoon.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or
