... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 10 PM EDT this
evening...

* locations... northern Maine... the Penobscot region including
greater Bangor... and interior downeast Maine.

* Hazard types... snow... sleet and freezing rain.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches across
northern areas and less than an inch across the interior
downeast and greater Bangor region.

* Ice accumulations... less than a tenth of an inch across the
greater Bangor region.

* Timing... through this evening.

* Impacts... expect some travel difficulties with slippery
conditions.

* Winds... southeast 10 to 15 mph..

* temperatures... mid to upper 20s across the northern areas
including the Central Highlands with around 30 degrees for the
greater Bangor region.
