* location... coastal Hancock and coastal Washington counties.

* Timing... between 11 PM this evening and 1 am Friday morning.

* Impacts... splash-over expected around the time of high tide,
especially areas with open ocean exposure such as seawall Road,
Schoodic Point, Roque Bluffs, and Starboard Cove. Small rocks
may wash onto some roads immediately adjacent to the open ocean.
