* location... the New Hampshire seacoast and the beaches of
southwest Maine to the south of Portland.

* Coastal flooding... the combination of high astronomical tides
and an onshore wind will create a threat for splash over and
beach erosion near the time of high tide tonight.

* Impacts... the potential exists for splash over and minor beach
erosion.
