around the time of high tide late tonight...

* location... the southwest and midcoast of Maine and seacoast of
New Hampshire.

* Coastal flooding and splash-over... minor.

* Timing... near the time of high tide around 2 am.

* Impacts... minor flooding may occur along the wharf side
streets and parking lots in Portland, Granite Point Road in
Biddeford and the backbay area of Hampton. Minor splash-over
may occur in Saco near the time of high tide.
