Light winds and some breaks in the cloud cover have allowed patchy
dense fog to form across much of southern New England. Fog is most
dense across portions of western and northern Massachusetts. Fog
should dissipate by mid-morning. Motorists should slow down and
use low beams when traveling this morning.
