coasts...

* Impacts... waves may rise unexpectedly. Beachgoers are encouraged
to stay off jetties... rocks... coastal cliffs... and out of areas
near the water's edge.

breakers likely.

* Second Ebb... around 12 PM Saturday. Seas near 23 ft with
breakers.

are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near Harbor
