* until 945 am EDT

* at 643 am EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
flooding. Three to five inches of rain fell over the past 12
hours... and some local streams and rivers are approaching flood
stage. Tygart Valley River at Mill Creek is near bankfull and
still rising. Also the Shavers Fork of the cheat river is near
bankfull and still rising.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Elkins... Grafton... Philippi... Cass Scenic Railroad... Greenbank...
Audra State Park... Belington... Mill Creek... Dailey... Snowshoe...
Mingo... Beverly... Junior... Flemington... Durbin...
Womelsdorf (coalton)... Huttonsville... Montrose...

southeastern Pocahontas County in northeastern West Virginia...

* until 915 am EDT

* at 610 am EDT... emergency management officials reported flooding
near frost, along frost Road and County routes 92 and 84.

* Radar estimates that 4 to 6 inches of rain have fallen over the
past 12 hours. Additional light rain is expected early this
morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dunmore... frost and Minnehaha Springs.
