... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 5 am EDT early this
morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* a portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Somerset.

* Until 5 am EDT early this morning

* an approaching cold front and the remnants of Tropical Storm
Cindy will bring a plume of deep tropical moisture and several
more hours of steady light to moderate intensity rainfall. Brief
periods of heavy rainfall are possible.

* Expect the possibility of some streams and creeks to overflow
their banks. Also expect possible Road closures and flooding of
normal low lying poor drainage areas.
