==Discussion==

Heavy rain is expected.

Periods of heavy rain will continue over Metro Vancouver into this 
evening. Areas along the North Shore of Vancouver can expect an 
additional 15 to 25 mm. 

Southern portions of Metro Vancouver will see much less rainfall.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. 
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
