... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight CST
tonight...

* short term trends... periods of freezing rain will continue
through 7 am then will diminish some before another round of
freezing rain arrives late morning and into the afternoon.

* Storm total snow/ice accumulations... ice accumulations up to a
tenth of an inch. A light snow/sleet mix is also possible with
accumulations of around an inch.

* Winds... east to northeast winds at 5 to 10 mph.

* Impacts... very hazardous travel due to ice covered and very
slick roads. Sidewalks and parking lots will be slick. Tree
damage and power outages are possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving.
