... Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow remains in
effect until 9 am akst this morning...

* snow... storm total of 6 to 10 inches.

* Visibility... one half mile or less at times.

* Wind... north to west wind 10 to 25 mph. Gusts to 40 mph near
Seward and to 50 mph near Whittier.

* Timing... snowfall and winds will continue this
morning... especially in Seward and Whittier where blowing snow
and low visibilities will be the worst. The snow will taper off
by midday with some gusty winds lingering through the day.

* Impacts... a Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow
means that visibilities will be limited due to a combination
of falling and blowing snow. Use caution when traveling...
especially in open areas.
