Issued: 8:35 PM PST Feb. 22, 2017 – National Weather Service

... A Flood Warning for urban areas and small streams remains in
effect until 815 am PST Thursday for central Sonoma County...

* at 8:11 PM PST, reporting gauges at the mark West Creek near
Mirabel Heights indicated that flooding continues to occur across
the warned area. At 8:00 PM the river stage at mark West Creek was
at 56.19 feet which is just above the minor flood stage of 55
feet. The creek will continue to gradually recede through the week.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include locations in
the vicinity of mark West Creek.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
