The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* The Big Island.

* From Wednesday morning through Thursday night.

* Deep moisture associated with Hurricane Madeline is expected to
impact The Big Island beginning Wednesday morning... bringing the
threat of heavy rainfall and flooding through Thursday night.
The greatest initial flood threat will be over the windward
slopes... with the entire island experiencing a flood threat from
later Wednesday through Thursday night. Depending on the exact
track of Madeline... additional islands may need to be added to
the watch later today.
