... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 11 am MST /10 am
PST/ Saturday...

* snow amounts... additional 2 to 6 inches in the upper Weiser
Valley and Baker County through Saturday morning. An additional
5 to 10 inches in mountain valleys with 12 to 18 inches
possible above 6000 feet through Saturday morning.

* Snow levels... valley floors. The snow will mix with or change to
rain evening below 3000 feet.

* Impacts... snow accumulation on roads will make driving
difficult.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will primarily cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving. Travel in the mountains and backcountry is not
recommended without proper equipment and adequate provisions.
Remember that cell phone communication is limited by terrain.
