... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from midnight
tonight to noon EST Tuesday...

* a wintry mix of precipitation is expected tonight.
Initially... snow will spread into the region later this
evening.

* Snow will eventually transition to a period of sleet and
freezing rain overnight through Tuesday morning... becoming all
rain by around midday Tuesday.

* Total snow accumulations of up to 1 inch are expected.

* Ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch are expected.

* The light snow and ice will result in hazardous travel
conditions... including during the morning commute on Tuesday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet or
