Special Statement
Issued: 2:21 AM MDT Mar. 24, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Some icy spots this morning along with patchy fog...

In areas that had rain Thursday evening roads and sidewalks were
wet overnight, and now that temperatures have fallen below
freezing, that water was turning to ice. There will be icy
patches on roads and sidewalks this morning until the sunshine
melts it off. Be especially careful on bridges if driving, and on
steps if walking.

Also, patchy fog had formed overnight and was reducing visibility.

Allow a little extra time as you head out this morning and be
prepared for slippery spots and areas of lower visibility in fog.
Slow down!
