* winds and timing: after a brief break today, winds will
strengthen again tonight into Tuesday morning.

* Locations include: Bonanza, Modoc Point, Macdoel, Dorris, and
portions of highways 140 and 97.

* Impacts: travel will become difficult for lightweight and high
