... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 10 PM this evening to
4 PM PST Thursday...

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... sleet... and freezing rain... which is
in effect from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Thursday. The Winter
Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 4 inches, except for up to 6 inches
over the higher elevations.

* Ice accumulations... a trace to 0.05 inches.

* Timing... snow will arrive this evening and continue into
Thursday afternoon. There is also the chance for freezing rain
and sleet tonight into Thursday afternoon. Ice should only
occur for an hour or two during that time... but may last longer
in some locations.

* Locations include... Klamath Falls... Chiloquin... Chemult... Beatty
Keno... Highway 97... Highway 140 and Highway 39.

* Impacts... even a small amount of freezing rain and sleet can
produce extremely dangerous conditions on roads and walking
surfaces.

* Impacts... snow will cause travel difficulties on roads.
