The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a Flood Watch for
the Navarro river at Navarro...

* from Monday evening to Tuesday afternoon.
* At 9:15 am Sunday, the stage was 11.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast... flood stage may be reached by late tomorrow evening.
This river is forecast to rise above flood stage of 23.0 feet late
Monday evening, then crest near 25.0 feet early Tuesday morning.
The river is then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 feet
late Tuesday morning, then recede to near 14.0 feet late by
Wednesday morning.

... Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until noon Tuesday...

* winds... S 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts to 35 kt tonight and
Monday morning.

* Waves... W building to 12 to 14 ft at around 15 seconds tonight
and Monday morning. S to SW short period waves building to 5 to
7 ft at 6 seconds tonight and Monday morning.

are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
