The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard has issued a
dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am PDT this
morning.

* Visibility... one quarter mile or less.

* Impacts... motorists will encounter sudden drops in visibility to
near zero on highways 1 and 101 as well as secondary roads and
city streets across the coasts of Santa Barbara and San Luis
Obispo counties,

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

When driving... reduce speeds and increase following distance. Use
