... Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect until 10 PM
PST this evening...

* snow accumulations... 2 to 4 inches in valleys, 5 to 9 inches
mountains.

* Timing... snow will spread eastward across the area today then
change to a rain/snow mix in valleys this evening before
changing to all rain in valleys overnight.

* Impacts... snow could create difficult travel conditions early
Thursday morning and afternoon. Due to the strong elevation
dependence of this storm, motorists should be alert to
rapidly changing Road conditions if traveling across higher
terrain or mountain passes.
