Issued: 8:23 AM MST Feb. 27, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 4 am MST
Tuesday...

* affected area... the southern Wasatch front, west central Utah,
and the Sanpete and Sevier valleys.

* Snow accumulations... 4 to 8 inches, with the greatest amounts
along the I-15 corridor.

* Timing... snow will develop this morning, then becoming heavy
at times later this morning through this evening before
diminishing overnight.

* Impacts... winter driving conditions are expected with snow
covered roadways and poor visibility. Both the morning and
evening commutes will be affected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means that significant
accumulations of snow are expected or occurring. Driving
conditions may be hazardous. Use caution. Keep a winter storm
survival kit in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
