The flood advisory continues for
the Portneuf River at Pocatello
* until Sunday afternoon.
* At 10 am Saturday the stage was 8.1 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.5 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 8.1 feet by this afternoon
before dropping below bankfull sometime Sunday afternoon.
* Impact... at 8.0 feet... water will encroach onto portions of the bike
and walking trail next to the river in Sacajawea Park in Pocatello.
