... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 6 PM MST this
evening...

* timing... light to occasionally moderate snow across northern
Wyoming is expected to continue until around 6 PM MST.

* Total snowfall... possible 6 to 10 inches in the Bighorn
Mountains with 4 to 8 inches from Buffalo to Kaycee.

* Wind and visibility... north to northwest wind 15 to 25 mph with
gusts 40 mph may cause areas of blowing and drifting snow...
with visibility down to a quarter mile or less at times on
Powder River Pass and along Interstate highways 90 and 25.

* Impacts... roads may become slick... and snow packed with
limited visibility at times. People planning outdoor
activities should be prepared for adverse winter weather
conditions and take the proper precautions.
