West wind will increase early Saturday morning ahead of an
approaching cold front. Areas of west wind 20 to 30 mph with
gusts 35 to 45 mph will develop and continue through mid afternoon.
Locally higher gusts 55 to 65 will be possible in the Clark area.
Winds will diminish and shift northerly Saturday night with a
cold frontal passage. During the day Saturday... light areas of
snow will mix with the wind to give blowing snow and slick roads
at times.

These winds may cause loss of vehicle control or a blow over to
high profile vehicles traveling empty or with a light Load near the
Clark area Saturday.
