* at 523 am CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Monahans, Crane, McCamey, Rankin, Grandfalls, Wickett,
Thorntonville, Pyote, Imperial Reservoir, Royalty, Imperial,
Monahans sandhills State Park, Crane County Airport, Upton County
Airport, Roy Hurd Memorial Airport, King Mountain, Tubbs Corner and
cordona lake.
