... Coastal flood advisory remains in effect until noon CDT
today...

* coastal flooding... primarily for Gulf facing beaches from Port
Aransas south to Baffin Bay.

* Timing... during the period of high tide this morning.

* Impacts... minor tidal overflow possible this morning. Some beach
access roads may become flooded and impassable during times of
high tide. The high tides at Port Aransas and bob Hall pier are
expected to occur this morning at 745 am CDT and 740 am
CDT... respectively.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.

... Atmosphere favorable for funnel clouds this morning along the
middle Texas coast...

The tropical atmosphere will be favorable for the development of
funnel clouds this morning. Most of these funnel clouds will be
short lived. However, you should be prepared to seek shelter in
the event a funnel does reach the ground.
