* until midnight CDT

* at 907 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
the advisory area. Up to two to three inches of rain have already
fallen and an additional one half inch is possible over the next
hour.

* Some locations that will experience localized flooding include...

At 944 PM CDT... Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
near and south of downtown San Antonio plus surrounding communities
moving southwest near 25 to 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm along
with very frequent and dangerous cloud to ground lightning.

Locations impacted include...
San Antonio... Schertz... Live Oak... Leon Valley... Kirby...
Alamo Heights... Windcrest... Terrell Hills... Hollywood Park...
Shavano Park... Lytle... Olmos Park... St. Hedwig... Somerset...
