evening...

* event... northwest winds from 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph
will continue over extreme southeast Oklahoma, southwest
Arkansas, northeast Texas and north Louisiana.

* Timing... until 6 PM CST.

* Impact... winds will continue to produce rough chop on area
lakes and open waterways, which may be hazardous to boaters.
