* until 215 am CDT

* at 1109 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
moving thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the
advisory area. Radar estimates that between 2 and 4 inches of rain
has fallen across portions of the advisory area since around 10 PM.
