* at 626 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and another two
inches is possible before rain ends.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
El Reno... Hinton... Minco... Binger... Lookeba...
Cogar and Cedar Lake.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
