* at 920 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen in some spots. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

a line extending from 4 miles east of Missouri Valley to near
Ashland. Movement was east at 30 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.
