Blizzard conditions with gusty winds and visibility frequently near zero in snow and blowing snow are expected or occurring.

Very strong easterly winds of 90 km/h gusting to 110 near the Richardson Mountains will gradually ease this evening. As the winds ease, visibilities will improve.
