southeastern Crawford County in southeastern Kansas...
Barton County in southwestern Missouri...
northwestern Jasper County in southwestern Missouri...

* until 545 PM CDT Wednesday

* at 750 am CDT, emergency management reported flooding over several
low lying roads in Cherokee County Kansas. Up to two inches of
rain has already fallen on saturated soil conditions and elevated
streamflows.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flooding.
