Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 12:13 AM CST Jan. 21, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am CST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has
issued a dense fog advisory, which is in effect until 10 am CST
this morning.

* Visibility... visibility at or below a quarter of mile through
the advisory area.

* Impacts... reduced visibility will create hazardous driving
conditions overnight and through Saturday morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
