* timing... snow will continue through Sunday.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 5 inches.

* Wind... southeast 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

* Temperatures... in the upper 20s.

* Impacts... light to moderate snowfall will create slippery
travel conditions over the area... and will reduce visibility
to under 1 mile at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

A steady light snow will continue through early this evening with
additional amounts of 1 to 2 inches. Heavier snow is then expected
to develop later this evening and overnight. Visibilities will be
reduced to less than a mile in the heavier snow.

Roads, bridges and overpasses will be slick and hazardous with
the snow and ice accumulations. Be extra cautious on bridges and
overpasses.
