* At 800 PM Thursday the stage was 10.4 feet.
* Action stage is 11.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 11.5 feet by Sunday
afternoon.
* Impact... at 12.0 feet... water overflows low lying areas near the
