The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of Illinois... southeast Iowa and northeast Missouri...
   including the following areas... in Illinois... Hancock...
Henderson... McDonough... Mercer and Warren. In southeast Iowa...
   Des Moines... Henry IA... Jefferson... Keokuk... Lee... Louisa...
Van Buren and Washington. In northeast Missouri... Clark and
Scotland.

* From 7 PM CDT this evening through Thursday morning

* the combination of locally heavy rainfall earlier this morning
acting as a primer... and more thunderstorms developing by
tonight with heavy rainfall of 1 to 4 inches possible... may lead
to flash flooding.
