the wapsipinicon river near De Witt 4s.
* Until further notice.
* At 9:30 am Tuesday the stage was 9.7 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage Thursday morning and continue
rising to 12.6 feet Sunday morning.
* Impact... at 12.5 feet, major flood stage. Water affects old U.S.
Highway 61 near the river.
