... Ice accumulation possible Thursday night into Friday morning...

As a steady southwest flow draws more moisture into the upper
Great Lakes, expect some light rain to break out across west and
central Upper Michigan by Thursday evening. This precipitation is
likely to change to mainly freezing rain by late Thursday evening
and continue through the night. By the time this precipitation
transitions to mainly some light rain on Friday morning, as much
as one tenth to two tenths of an inch of ice accumulation is
likely on untreated and elevated surfaces. The best chance for
the greater ice accumulations will be inland from the Great Lakes
in an area from Watersmeet to the Huron Mountain, Gwinn,
LaBranche and Norway.

If you are planning to travel on Thursday night into Friday
morning, plan on icy roads and allowing extra time to reach your
destination.
