... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 645 PM EDT for northern
Shelby... southern Hancock... northern rush... northeastern Morgan...
northern Johnson... southeastern Marion and southern Henry counties...

At 148 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported high water along State
Road 9 around McKenzie Road in Greenfield. Up to three inches of
rain have already fallen.

Additional rainfall amounts of an inch are possible in the warned
area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 530 PM EDT for Madison...
northeastern Hancock... western Randolph... Delaware and Henry
counties...

At 110 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy
rainfall across the warned area. Almost six inches of rain were
reported to have fallen in Albany. Street flooding is ongoing in
downtown Muncie.

Additional rainfall amounts of an inch are possible in the warned
area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

northwestern Hancock... east central Hendricks... Marion and
southwestern Hamilton counties...

At 1203 PM EDT, flooding was reported along 106th St between
allsionville and Hague roads. 4 inches of rain have also been
reported to have fallen around the Fishers area.

* until 600 PM EDT Friday

* at 1152 am EDT, the public reported heavy rain across the warned
area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen with an
additional one inch over the next several hours. Flooding was
being reported in Fishers and across Hamilton County.
