The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* flood advisory for...
southeastern Darke County in west central Ohio...
central Miami County in west central Ohio...

* until 245 PM EDT.

* At 1144 am EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
moving through central Miami County and producing one to two
inches of rainfall in some locations.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Troy, Piqua, Tipp City, West Milton, Covington, Bradford, Pleasant
Hill, Brown, Gettysburg, Laura, Casstown, Ludlow Falls, Union
Corners, Haven View, Farrington, Circle Hill, Horatio and Grayson.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
